Sabbath Day Adventures

So Holly has an ear infection and had a fever so Jason and she stayed home from church Sunday. Heather was having a coughing allergy attack all weekend. When Heather gets that way she throws up because she can't control her coughs. Well against my better judgement i let her come to church with Hannah and I since she seemed to be doing OK. I had to stay after church for some Young Women's stuff, and just right at the end of my meeting, Heather starts coughing and interrupts the meeting to tell me "Mom, I think I need a drink of water." I get up to take her to the drinking fountain and the minute the door to the classroom closes she just lost everything. She coughed so much she just threw up all over the church hallway, which is carpeted. And of course at the same time that choir was getting over so everyone could come out of the chapel and witness it. So I do my motherly duty and get down on my hands and knees and scrub vomit out of the church carpet. Oh and I had to wipe Heather off enough so we could stand having her in the car with us for the 15 minute ride home. What adventures when you have kids!
