Heather turns 4 tomorrow, and she had her very first birthday party on Friday. She wanted a jungle/safari theme and was so excited to have a party and help get ready for it. The actual party turned out to be a bit overwhelming for her.
We did have a lot of fun decorating. I didn't get a picture of my walk way, but along with all the leaves hanging in the house, and the trees on the walls, I cut out giant paw prints and taped them on the walk way up to the door, and put an Elephant crossing sign and beware of crocodiles sign on the front door. I printed animal pictures from the Internet and put them on popsicle sticks and the kids went on a safari to find them after Hannah hid them in the backyard.
Here are some pictures from the party. I made cupcakes and Heather and I put little plastic animals on them for her friends to lick clean and take home. I can't believe my baby is 4!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HEATHER!
What a fun party! Love all the decorations and cupcakes! I still haven't ever done a big friend party for my kids. I always have plans to (and even have several things I've purchased) but then back out at the last minute. One of these days I'll get brave enough. Ha!
Happy Birthday Heather! Wendy, you are such a fun mom! What an awesome party! I love all the leaves and trees, and posters!
