I had a great opportunity on Saturday to attend the Time Out for Women conference in Fresno. A good friend of mine from England went with me. It was so uplifting and a we had a great time. We heard music from Kenneth Cope (good as always), and Mercy River (excellent too). We heard from Mary Ellen Edmunds, who is a riot, S. Michael Wilcox, Emily Watts, Sharon Larsen, Dean Hughes. I think that was it. We didn't go to the Friday night session. It was so nice to be out with my good friend, Camille. We drove from Monterey to Fresno and back, and just had a fun time talking and laughing. It was a welcome break, and something I highly recommend to any woman looking for an uplifting time.

I love going to Time Out for Women! Money well spent every time. They didn't have any in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area this year or last year! Bummer! Maybe next time. I'm glad you got to go! Every mom needs a time out every once in awhile.
