Family Reunions

We had a summer of family reunions. We went to CO for a week. First to my family reunion. I didn't get pictures there unfortunately, but it was pretty fun. We met my dad's cousins that he grew up with, and their families. It was at my grandma's, and her town celebrates pioneer day so the kids go to go to a parade. Hannah went with some cousins to her first demolition derby (she said it was awesome), and the other kids went with a lot of cousins and grandpa to the carnival. Lots of funnel cake came home, and it sure was good. What is a family reunion without a tshirt? This reunion they were blue.

Then we went to Jason's parents house and had a family reunion there. Unfortunately my brother-in-law Aaron was deployed and unable to be there, but Jason's brothers, and his sister (minus the hubby Aaron)were there. It was the first time a lot of these little cousins met and got to play with each other. I think it was the first time we have all been together in like 7 years. It was a lot of fun, and a bunch of people. My sis-in-law Brooke brought her camera and took tons of great pictures. Here are the family ones. We went to a beautiful park and just played all day after pictures. I discovered a new game my sis-in-law Sara taught me, Bocce Ball. I think I really like that game. It was so nice to spend time with everyone.
Notice we have family reunion t-shirts here too.
