Concerts

Back in April when the country music awards were going on in Vegas, some of the country music artists came and did a concert in the park on the base. It was so hot, but we drug the kids to check it out. Honestly the only name I recognized was LeAnn Rimes, but once I started hearing the songs some of them were familiar from the radio. There was Montgomery Gentry, Dierks Bentley (however you spell that), LeAnn Rimes, and a Josh Thompson or Thomas?? There were so many people there, and eventually we had so many people standing in front of us trying to get pictures, we couldn't see and it wasn't even fun, especially for artists we barely even heard of... had it been the New Kids on the Block or something, I would have been up there shoving for pictures too... speaking of New Kids on the Block.... my sister came to town and took me to the New Kids on the Block concert in May. It was awesome! I was such a huge fan in middel school, and went to their concert back in the day. Jordan was my favorite, Joey was my sister's favorite. It was fun to talk to all the concert goers, it was very nostalgic. I got a video of Hangin' Tough, but it is too big to put on this post.
