Hannah turned 8 on the 9th. Man I can't believe it! Jason's parents were here in time for Hannah's birthday on Tuesday... Hannah opened presents, and then for dinner we all went out to the Hometown Buffet. We saved the cake for her party Friday the 12th.
Hannah got a few Webkinz for her birthday. They are hugely popular among girls right now. You spend an arm and a leg for the animal with a code, and then log on and play with them in a cute virtual world. Pictures are the dinosaur and black bear. You can see her pink and white cat on the table too.
Since Hannah was getting baptized her dad bought her her very own set of scriptures. Boy was she excited to get those. She got some scripture markers too, and proceeded to mark quite a bit of the first chapter of Genesis. I told her she was supposed to mark the scriptures that she really liked not just all of the,m the scriptures aren't a coloring book. She said "But mom, I love them all, I love the scriptures." She does love to read the scriptures, even before she had her own set.
